Yes. AutoScooper 11 uses safety sensors to detect your cat and will stop the cleaning cycle if your cat enters during operation.

For safe use in Automatic Mode, your cat should be over 3 lb (1.36 kg) and older than 6 months.

If your cat is under 3 lb, younger than 6 months, pregnant, or nursing, use Manual Mode (automatic cleaning disabled).

No. AutoScooper 11 is plug-and-play. It does not require Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or an app.

Use clumping litter (mineral/bentonite clay, or other small-particle litter that clumps well).

Not recommended: long-strip tofu litter or crystal litter.

The open-top design improves airflow, and the waste container keeps clumps contained. Best results come from:

• Using quality clumping litter
• Keeping litter between MIN and MAX (ideally near MAX)
• Emptying the waste container regularly
• Closing/tightening the liner drawstring before opening the bin

It is designed for quiet operation. The rated operating noise level is about 32 dB.

The waste container volume is 10 L (2.64 gal).

For a single-cat household, a good routine is to empty it about every 5 days (maximum 7 days) to help prevent odor and pests. Actual timing varies by cat and diet.

1. Place the machine on the included protective bag.
2. Insert the 4 support legs into the circular holes on the bottom.
3. Stand the machine upright once all legs are secure.

Do not force the chamber to rotate. Plug in the adapter and power on—the device will automatically align to the correct position.

1. Unlock the front and back latches.
2. Remove the lid.
3. Place a liner inside.
4. Thread one end of the drawstring through the slot and secure it on the holder.
5. Put the lid back on.
6. Lock the latches.
7. Slide the bin into the bottom track until it locks.

It keeps the bag secure and makes it easier to tighten the drawstring before opening the waste container, which helps reduce odors.

Place it indoors on a flat surface in a roomy area. If possible, place it where your old litter box was (or nearby) to help your cat transition.

Hold the bottom edge of the base unit. Do not lift by gripping the joint covers or drag the unit.

The device automatically aligns the litter chamber. This process can take up to about 100 seconds. Do not press any buttons during alignment.

Add litter so the level is between the MIN and MAX lines. Ideally fill to MAX, and do not let it drop below MIN.

After adding litter, press Litter Added to level/smooth the litter.

AutoScooper 11 is not suitable for long-strip tofu litter or crystal litter.

Automatic Mode is the default mode after powering on. The device cleans automatically after your cat uses it (with safety pauses and delays as needed).

Manual Mode disables automatic cleaning after each use. You’ll manually press Clean when you want to remove waste.

Manual Mode is recommended if your cat is under 3 lb, younger than 6 months, pregnant, or nursing.

When the device is in standby, press and hold the Clean button for about 5 seconds until you hear a beep. The indicator changes to show Manual Mode standby.

Press and hold the Clean button again for about 5 seconds until you hear the beep.

Note: If you unplug the power, the device defaults back to Automatic Mode on restart.

• Single press ON/OFF: Turn on
• Long press (~3 seconds) ON/OFF: Turn off

Tip: In some running modes, the power light can be off while other lights are on.

It starts the litter smoothing/leveling process after you refill. Use it any time you add litter.

Yes. Press and hold Litter Added and Clean together for about 5 seconds to toggle Child Lock.

• Child Lock ON: buttons disabled
• Child Lock OFF: buttons work normally

Kittens can use the box as a litter box, but for automatic cleaning, follow the safety guideline:

Automatic Mode: only if your cat is over 3 lb and older than 6 months.

Otherwise, use Manual Mode.

The device will stop the cleaning cycle when it detects your cat. This helps prevent injury.

Keep sensors clean for best performance.

During the initial alignment/rotation after power on, keep your cat out of the litter box to avoid misalignment and for safety.

A gradual transition works best:

1. For the first 3 days, fill with the litter your cat already uses.
2. For the next 3 days, mix old and new litter 50/50.
3. Then switch fully to the new litter.

This helps your cat feel familiar with the new box.

Start by using manual cleaning (press Clean when needed). Once your cat is comfortable, switch to Automatic Mode.

Place it where your previous litter box was (or right next to it). Familiar location speeds up adoption.

If the litter chamber is fully closed and stops moving, and the Clean button shows a blinking or solid red light, the waste container is full. Empty it and restart if needed.

1. Unlock the front latch and pull out the liner drawstring (hold the container to prevent shaking).
2. Pull out the waste container.
3. Unlock the back latch and remove the lid.
4. Tighten/tie the drawstring and dispose of waste.
5. Reinstall the liner and lid, then lock both latches.

It’s recommended to clean the waste container about every 15 days. If not washed regularly, it can retain odors.

Yes. About once a month, empty all litter and clean both the litter chamber and waste container. This reduces odor buildup over time.

1. Open the joint covers (press the locking tabs on the left and right cover plates).
2. Lift out the litter chamber and empty remaining litter.
3. Remove the litter bed from inside the chamber.
4. Rinse the chamber and litter bed with water, or scrub with a brush.
5. Air dry fully with the opening facing up (opening down slows drying).

Wipe the base unit with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.

Do not rinse or submerge the base unit in water.

Wipe the infrared sensor area about once a month using a wet tissue (then dry it). Keeping sensors clean improves safety detection and reliability.

If odor builds up over time, if litter quality is reduced, or as part of monthly maintenance, you can dump and replace all litter.

Before you start: Empty the waste liner first. Make sure litter level is below the MIN line.

1. Switch to Manual Mode (hold Clean ~5 seconds).
2. Place the Cat Litter Remover to cover the grates.
3. Press Clean to start dumping litter.
4. After dumping, remove the Cat Litter Remover.
5. Hold Clean ~5 seconds to return to Automatic Mode.

Motor is jammed.

1. Remove the litter chamber.
2. Use a brush to clean both the litter chamber gear and the base unit gear.
3. Turn off the device and unplug it.
4. Reconnect and restart.

If you need Manual Mode after restart, switch it back (unplugging resets to Auto Mode).

Litter chamber not installed correctly.

1. Place the litter chamber back onto the base unit.
2. Ensure the chamber is seated and aligned properly.

Infrared is blocked.

1. Remove the litter chamber.
2. Wipe all infrared sensors with a dry cloth.

Waste container’s infrared is blocked (or the bin is full/obstructed).

1. Check for obstructions in the waste container area.
2. Empty the waste container.
3. Turn off and unplug the device.
4. Reconnect and restart.

Yes—when the chamber is fully closed and stops moving, and the Clean light is blinking/solid red, the waste container is full. Empty it.
